Here's a few things.
Also, For players who play extensively over a period of time i.e. 4 years should gain a 1-2% bonus learning time permanently. Nothing better than truly rewarding your longest loyal fans with a fragment of skill boosting, but they had to have been active for that long, and not created 4 years ago and reactivated, so that number would be based on time played/paid. Someone 4 years old should already have all the greatest toys in the game, 1-2% couldn't possibly offset the balance.

Like I said, I have no problems with the rest. JUST that last one. Have always felt that it was a bit iffy.
I don't mind training 6 months to fly a Golem. But why must we train 1 month on just 1 level?
Of course the Higher ranks will still hit the 30+days training, but the starter skills like Mechanic, Engineering, Gunnery, Drones etc, will train 5 quicker, so new players get a foundation more quickly. And might actually attract some new players.

Every skill level multiplies the previous training time by 5.5. 'That last one' is a conscious decision you have to make: deciding if it's worth that extra 5% rate of fire or speed.
